That ocean is a sea of fresh water… and it’s much nearer than you realize… it encompasses the earth above the firmament that the double rainbow is reflecting off.
(Yea those aren’t 2 separate rainbows, it is one)
I currently hypothesize that the waters above the static realm of earth to be much nearer than previously claimed.
