One notable thing that isn't really mentioned here, despite you talking about the origins of Samira's rose themed gun, is that Renata in her voicelines towards Samira mentions that she bankrolled the gun. This could directly imply that Renata is part of the Black Rose, or at least has connections to them due to her status and helps to fund Black Rose activities.

Would be crazy to find out Darius is a descendant of Mordekaiser, while he was a living warlord. You'd have to assume he left some offspring. Maybe the black rose left one alive by accident?

I read somewhere that it maybe isn't Black Rose vs Triferix but more of New Noxus vs Old Noxus/Mordekaiser, and it makes a lot of sense, the triferix being in the Black Rosy side and so many runes (maybe demonic) in the red side

I really have a strong feeling that Mel is going to be the faceless in the new lore. It would make for a great reveal in a show or story and she is perfectly set up to be a leader in the new Noxus.
The Medardas were a high ranking clan in old Noxus, Mel inadvertantly killed her own mother while rebeling against Leblanc herself, and very good chance that either Swain or the demon he's eventually partnered with knows this with the crow showing up at the end of Arcane. Plus, Mel is an incredibly powerful sorcerer AND a very proficient politian and manipulator. It just all adds up very well.

It be really interesting to see connections between Arcane Singed and Noxus's technology/science. Idk if the timelines would ever match up, but if there were connections to singed to the gray legion, that would be so sick to see and explore in future arcane seasons. Singed to me shares similarities with the Qyburn (Anton Lesser) from Game of Thrones and would love to see some kind of expansion on the character arc!
