Picked up Salems Lot and The Shining for October. Can’t wait to start. I loved horror movies growing up “IT” was one of my favorites and finally read it a few months ago and loved it as much as the original series.

Have you read any Paul Tremblay? A Head Full of Ghosts is one of my favorite horror books ever. Also love his Survivor Song and Cabin at the End of the World

"Between Two Fires" is excellent! I actually listened to the audio book a few months ago. Definitely worth your time!

The Troop is absolutely fantastic! If you have room Kill Creek is meta gothic horror and has 4 different horror writers spending Halloween in a haunted house. My favorite haunted house book!

So happy about Let The Right One In. It is one of my favorite books ever. So eerie, yet such a great story.

The Troop has some really intense body horror, I think you’ll enjoy it. Let the Right One In has some really disturbing emotional stuff in it. The Exorcist is a good book, but it’s not scary in my opinion.

Can’t go wrong with Dan Simmons, Giles Kristian, Robert Mccamon and Joe Hill.

I just finished reading "The Troop" last week and it was excellent! I read it after reading Salem's Lot for the first time and it has major classic Stephen King vibes! You will love it Mike!!!!

Hi Mike. Love the intro with quotes from the books you've chosen. During my bookselling days Robert McCammon fans loved The Wolfs Hour as often as Swan Song and Boys Life. The Mummy by Anne Rice is part horror and part adventures in Egypt, great fun. Laird Barron has overwhelmingly positive feedback. Have fun.
