I really hope the last episode follows what rebels did by having a 46min long finale, I don’t think it would feel right if it was 20-25minutes.

I wish we'd seen more of the bigger picture stuff of this war in this season. Dooku, Grievous, Palpatine/Sidious, Yoda. We haven't really heard from them

I wish that Ahsoka's Walkabout arc was cut in half. Reduce the number of times they escape / get captured and instead include the bounty hunter episodes thay deal with Cad Bane and Boba Fett's duel.

I’m pretty sure that Maul just had a normal hologram. Most likely he could sense Ahsoka but not see her.

I just realized a HUGE missed opportunity here: Ahsoka did have one Mandalore episode ("The Academy"), where she led those Mandalorian cadets to save Satine and overthrow the prime minister. And one of those cadets, Satine's nephew Korkie, is a known part of Bo-Katan's group. So if he had been with Bo-Katan when she recruited Ahsoka, her joining up would make way more sense.

Ashoka: hides behind a container.
Maul(turns into the eye of Sauron): I SEE YOU!

Bo: You have 5 minutes to decide whether or not to help Mandalorians and risk your life, even though we barely know each other and tried to kill you once. This could be a trap but I promise it's no---
Ahsoka: Ok

I really liked Ursa Wren's appearance with Bo-Katan. It's a nice connection to Rebels.

I think the reason Bo Katarn chose Ashoka as the Jedi to get Maul off Mandalore because she knows if she contacts the Jedi Council they will probably refuse her because of all the trouble she’s caused them in the past and if the formal Jedi order comes to Mandalore then the Republic will come with them and even after they force Maul off the planet the Senate will try to take control of it. So Bo Katarn comes to Ashoka because she knows only a Jedi can defeat Maul but she also needs someone with Jedi training but not associated with the Jedi Order.

Top favorite things of this arc:
1. The Martez sisters
2. Ursa Wren Cameo
3. Maul's appearance (by that, I mean his outfit)
4. The Martez sisters' acceptance of Ahsoka's past
5. Their simultaneous "You can do that?" line.

How do we know that Maul’s “Holodeck” would be blue and static-like? In the D-Squad arc, the Separatists were able to generate holograms in full color that looked just like real people, not to mention the holographic disguises in the Rako Hardeen arc.

I figured that since Ahsoka was focused on him in that moment, trying to suss out exactly who the hologram was, it was enough for Maul to sense a disturbance in the Force (not a full-on "I sense Ahsoka Tano" or "I sense a Jedi in the room with the Pikes, " just a brief ripple of the Light Side directed at him, enough to get his attention and put him en guard).

I agree with the sentiment that this arc hasn't been the best executed, but for Ahsoka's character it feels really good. She's learning that she can use her powers for good, that her jedi teachings aren't all for nothing, and that actually she's an inherently good person. All of this helps pave her way to Fulcrum and the Ahsoka we see in Rebels I think.

Mandalor? What's Maul doing there?

With the Shadow Collective, I think as you said post SOD Maul probably just made the members fall back in line. Their relationship IS more tense compared to when we last saw them, and also remember Solo mentions Crimson Dawn and the Pykes have an allience, albeit a fragile one. It's possible that alliance is still the Shadow Collective. I don't think they need to retcon it as much as fill in the gaps. Plus it's possible we may get some elaboration in the Siege of Mandalore.

Also I'm actually not surprised the Siege of Mandalore is moving rather quickly. Based on episode descriptions the confrontation with Maul might be happening as early as the SECOND episode of the arc. I kind of expected it though: first episode is Ahsoka meeting Anakin again and the preparation, second is the Siege and Maul confrontation, and the last two end up being the aftermath of that and Order 66, and based on descriptions it's following a structure like that.

Ironic, the 4-episode arc was dragged out and slow, yet this episode was rushed.

I don't have the same "issues" with the episode, or the arc, or the overall season so far, that others seemingly do.

I don't know, maybe I'm just in accepting appreciation that we even GET this last season to be complaining about it at all.

After all, it's going to feel like it was over before it began once it ends, and that's just not a time I'm looking forward to.

I feel like a lot of the criticism directed at these episodes can be answered with one quick reminder: it’s a kids show. Darker, better than most kids shows, but it’s still a kids show.
