@askacapper the boomark one, i dont trust the subbox anymore, messes up too much and im subscribed to a lot of guys who upload multiple clips daily so they usually take up most of the slots in m subbox, this will make it easier to keep track of people, thanks = )

Most default browsers already come with a built in default browser(only now did I realize that you could use it for this purpose :D

I know IE and Firefox both have them at least.

if you upload your videos as a schedualed upload, they'll spear in boxes

you can just go to your subscriptions and all your youtubers, and click on the youtuber on the left to see his latest video...
atleasts that's what i do

thats a good idea but im subbed to 400 people lol. i do have some channels in bookmarks but not int he bookmark bar, (so im less likely to visit them often)
