AIR FRYER SALMON TACO BOWLS! The crispy little air fryer salmon bites are super juicy inside. Assemble with rice, a creamy avocado taco slaw, and your fave toppings!

Flavor packed and nutrient dense, this is the ultimate weeknight meal. I love easy recipes like this that taste fantastic and happen to be healthy too!

YOU’LL NEED:
For the Salmon:
-salmon
-chipotle chile powder
-garlic powder
-1 lime
-olive oil
-kosher salt

For the Slaw:
-ripe avocado
-plain Greek yogurt
-olive oil
-kosher salt
-2 small limes
-Sriracha (or hot sauce)
-broccoli slaw mix
-rice, black beans, taco toppings

For the salmon, cut 1 pound of salmon into 1-inch cubes. Toss with 1 ¼ teaspoons chipotle chile powder, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, the zest and juice of 1 lime, 1 tablespoon olive oil, and ¾ teaspoon kosher salt. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F and cook the salmon in batches for 5 to 7 minutes until crispy on the outside and tender inside.

For the slaw, mash 1 ripe avocado with ½ cup Greek yogurt, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 teaspoon kosher salt, the zest and juice of 2 small limes, and ½ teaspoon Sriracha. Stir in 3 cups broccoli slaw mix and ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro. Let it rest in the fridge while the salmon cooks.

Assemble the bowls by serving the salmon over rice with the slaw, beans, and your favorite taco toppings. DEVOUR!

Great dinner seasoned salmon cooked in air fryer and lemon sprinkled on it and avocado Cole slaw salad abd sliced purple onions served top of steamed white rice . Looks delicious and tasty .

That’s not a taco bowl. Where are you getting any taco? That’s a salmon rice bowl with seasoning that you didn’t list. Stop messing things up for likes or comments. It’s old and tired. I’m assuming that’s what the goal was with this? To get people to comment to generate the algorithm. The video was good without the lie.
