Why does the press bother to go to these stupid briefings? KJP isn't going to answer diddly squat and when she does say something it's to blame President Trump for something he didn't do.

She stated every student deserves the right to feel safe. Whoever put that speaking point in her binder forgot the second half of that statement. It should actually read:
“Every student deserves the right to feel safe except those whose DNA consists of only XX chromosomes. Those students/people/females no longer have the right to feel safe anywhere unless they’re licensed to carry a firearm - and rest assured we’re trying to take that right away from them as soon as possible.”

Nobody, and I mean NOBODY has a "right to feel safe". I have studied the Constitution and that is just not in there. Just like there was never a "right" to abortion or to medically mutilate children.

Big shocker-no substantive answers from, quite possibly, the worst WH press secretary in history.

Hmm, she didn't really answer the question. How unlike her.
