wait how do i help myself slow down my jump floats? My jump floats float and are aggressive but when i see high level play, jump floats are generally slower and float more at a slower pace. So how do i slow it down/make it less aggressive

can u make a how to bump properly video because when i hit the ball i cant seem to control the ball when im doing it and when i also hit it sometimes it will go above my head so pleaee make a video of it thank you. Great video too!

I’ve heard that you should either contact the ball with just the palm and the whole hand at the same time ( curving your hand into the shape of the ball when hitting) which one should I do? I have the jump and toss down well but I keep hitting the ball with spin
