Welcome to the trilogy of what if General Grievous was Force Sensitive! The Kaleesh warrior and warlord General Grievous, developed an incessant hatred for the Jedi, upon their attacks on his colonies, and the death they had dealt to his home planet, choosing to accept the offer of the Sith to convert him into a cyborg. Trained in lightsaber combat by the legendary duellist Count Dooku, the leader of the Separatist droid army began to strike fear into the Jedi order, from his first battle in the catacombs on Geonosis. The algorithms in his brain, allowed him to provide immediate responses to any pattern of strikes, making him difficult to defeat, except for the most esteemed Jedi masters, and he established a vast collection of lightsabers from those he had defeated. But the cyborg was ultimately a tool for a bigger plan, and controlled by the dark Lord of the Sith Darth Sidious, his location at the end of the war on Utapau, was revealed to the Jedi, as the Sith had no use for him. Grievous believed that he was fighting for the Separatists, but the war had been engineered so that the victor would only be the Sith, and the cyborg fell at the blaster of Jedi master Obi-Wan Kenobi, without getting to witness his life’s ambition, of seeing the Jedi order crumble. But what if Grievous had been Force sensitive? Could he have established his own Empire away from the Sith? As you will find out, the Force powers of Grievous, could have altered the fate of the Separatists…

I was never convinced that Grievous wasn't force sensitive. His prophetic dreams and his uncanny intuition in battle, i actually suspect more that he was force sensitive, but lacked the cultural mechanisms to help him cultivate it and refine it. And remember too that one's relationship with the Force varies wildly from individual to individual. My favorite Force user in the Jedi order, along with Ahsoka is the Librarian, and how much more contrast can you get than that? :) And if you think about it, the gradual slip into insanity and rage that Grievous experiences after becoming a cyborg, couldn't this also be a consequence of him in his sub conscious knowing that he was cut off from something that had always been an intuitive part of him before? Losing his grasp on the Force? At that point, the only way forward was greater and greater cybernetic enhancement, because he no longer could tap so easily what he used to do instinctively. Personally i would lean more to dear Grievous being Force sensitive than not! But even if he wasn't, i think that it is important that we remember Force sensitives are a very small minority of beings -at least as far as we know. The huge majority of lifting and pulling is not done by Jedi or Sith, it is done by peoples we can much more easily raise our hands and join their team! I cannot help but wonder what knowledge the droids are holding back from carbon based humanoids because, after all, they do not have equal rights in the galaxy and also can hold impeccable poker faces! :) The droids always have another card up their mechanical sleeve! :)

I thought Grievous didn't want to become a cyborg but Dooku tricked him and blew his ship up and blamed the jedi for it and this was the only way for Grievous to survive but I guess I was wrong....
