Whether Rome is for the left or right, it doesn't really matter. Their songs are friggin awesome, and to me, thats all that matters.

People misunderstand what is said by this song because they misunderstand Fascism. This song, like the rest of the Album, is a tribute to the Revolutionaries of the Endeavor of Fiume. Fascism is not a call to be a sheep, nor does following a Lion make you a sheep. The leftists in this comment section seem to forget that Lions are social creatures, who live in prides and follow the leadership of the best among them. Fascism is a call to be the highest expression of yourself, to seek beauty and heroism, to be, as the Italian passage in the song states "To be a priest/holy soldier, to be a poet, an aviator." To be a free man, a new man.
The call for the recipient to "Go on kneel and weep and join the herd." has to be understood in the context of the lines around it. The Stanza before it "You think yourself weak pathetic and overrun, and that all you've bled for Is coming undone." Addressed to the same recipient as the rest of the song, obviously implies that you are mistaken, that you are not weak, pathetic, and overrun. Thus he is telling you to go kneel and weep etc... as an insult and a call to action, that if you think yourself pathetic and weak, you will only ever kneel as a member of the herd.
This is followed by the next two non chorus stanzas

Obviously this is a call to action to that same person, to not be a sheep, to not think themself pathetic and overrun, and instead to stand up and be a Lion. That we the righteous Lions with drive out the mercantile thieves on a wave of fervor and energy they won't believe. To go out and be a revolutionary as if it were the last one, because it very well might be if you fail.
This section also contains the same passage in Italian as in Sancra Entrata.

A Passage that's about Gabriele D'Annunzio, a Fascist forebear and revolutionary. Placing this here again alongside the call to action puts him as the model you should emulate, a Lion, a free man who stood against the powers of his time. Who with his "roar" dispersed sheep, and in their place made the example for the Lions of the March on Rome just a few years later.
The repetition of the chorus telling you to kneel and weep throughout the song is a reminder of the choice you face, always followed with a reminder ("You know") that if you stand up and be a Lion, you will disperse a million a sheep.
