sorry to ask but any chance you could do a video just on rear springs as you have a small collection 😂 ie what fit what and what and what is needed to make some fit others i’m looking to got up to a sls 475 but they list a 2.65 and 2.9 my original is a 2.8 you would think that the 2.9 would be a better fit as it is closer to the measurement of 2.8 but according to Fox they reckon you should use the 2.65 on a 230x65 dhx2

I just put one of these on my Giant reign e and it’s changed the bike! The float x was good but this shock is great.

am getting a 2024 Giant Reign SX this coming spring, it was a tie between that and a 2022 Reign advanced pro 29 1 and it. would rather have the longer travel and no live over the lighter carbon frame and live valve. downsides weight of 37 pounds and 1X10 11-48 gearing, but it has 190 fork and 165 shock so is pretty much a downhill enduro.

Just replaced the Float X on my Rocky Mountain Powerplay with one of these (before I saw this video) and it is far better and doesn’t wallow at the top of the stroke. Have you tried NSB’s Talon Crank on your Rocky? 155mm is the sweet spot for pedalling.

The DH teams do not ride anything "stock", there is a reason both SRAM and Fox have a pit spot at every world cup race.

my shock is making a very slight knocking noise when the firm lever is in the firm position, when its fully open the shock is perfectly quiet. is this something that needs to be repaired?

Can you make a rewew on the srsuntur aux 38 (the dh fork)? Or a xfusion dh fork

No good making a nice shock if it has chronic reliability issues, its time fox delt with this problem big time
