Why hip flexion and extension there will be spinning and in knee flexion and extension there will be rolling included ..

So for the external rotation of the acetabulofemoral joint, if it's closed chain, how is the roll posterior and the glide not also posterior? Because if its concave on convex, doesn't the glide also have to be the same so it would be posterior roll and posterior glide?
