For those who don’t understand if you look closely you’ll see that the windows are closed. Dead people can’t close windows so it was a murder

Two indicators. 1. The window of each floor was ooened. 2. The coins indicate how far out the body should land if someone jumped / fell. The body was further away than a jumper. Meaning that the person was thrown.

Well what if he jumped from the top floor (no windows there) or look at the body (I doubt he would jump backwards) and or it depends on the marks on his body (big, small, etc) so it actually can be both

It was a murder, as detective has to open the windows of each floor from inside the room, and if man has jumped from one of the windows it would be already opened from any floor which he found as closed from inside.
Therefore, person after pushing the man, closed the window from inside, which can be concluded as murder.

The detective open the window on the first floor and said he “repeated” the process for all the other floors, meaning all of the windows where closed on the building, so if all the windows where closed, it can’t be a suicide because then one of the windows would be open

If the man had committed suicide, the window that he jumped from should have been left opened. But all the windows facing the dead body were closed. This means that someone closed the window after the man died.

Depending on how far the coin fell from the building, he could see how much force was needed to go as far as the dead man did, this way, he can interpret if he was pushed off.

He was fixing a roof leak, and a Murder of crows was pestering him. As he was swatying at them to get them to leave, he lost his balance, and rolled off the roof. That's why it looked like he was murdered, and all windows was closed when the detective arrived on the scene.

Forget the windows. They were closed because he didn't exit any of them. He was murdered and placed there by the murderer to make it look like a suicide. Maybe the one who called it in as a suicide should be suspect. The coins proved that he didn't come from the building as no one could throw a dead man out a window. They would have pushed him off landing in relatively the same place if he had gone over himself. The coins proved that he was too far Or too close relative to the building to have jumped, been pushed, or thrown out from any window, plus the windows were all closed. Therefore, the murderer placed the body there, staging the deceased as a suicide to cover up the substantial injuries that must have been inflicted on the person in order to kill them.
