Rare Monsoon Storm Rages in Downtown Los Angeles!

The Summer of 2015 has been a record year for all things weather. Historic Heat Waves! Unprecedented droughts! DUST BOWL CONDITIONS!! And... thunderstorms?? Yes, SoCal was blessed with rare monsoonal moisture from a defunct Hurricane Dolores, that made its way into the Southwest in mid-July. I captured this footage at work. It's pretty cool that we got these storms, though the drought in the Southwest will continue. Enjoy the footage!
