Pro Tip. If you encounter one of these people in the wild, pull out your phone and start playing some super popular music in the background as loud as possible. Beatles, Michael Jackson, Prince, Taylor Swift, etc. It will immediately render the footage unusable because of copyright infringement online. As soon as you do it they'll have to stop recording because the footage can't be posted to most social media. 👍

When I was a kid 30+ years ago, there was a household of people who were constantly in and out of the psychiatric hospital because they did not always following their treatment plans. Sometimes, one of them would stand on the sidewalk and pace back and forth, do air karate fights and shout repeatedly into thin air. We avoided playing outside on those days.
