In today's video I'm going to be taking a look through some of the weirdest Pokemon cards over the last 20 years. Some of them really have to be seen to be believed!

In Australasia there was a magazine that had an issue packed with a free Pokémon card. You could either get that Misdreavus or Cool Porygon, which was the rarer of the two. The magazine was in a sealed plastic sleeve, so you didn't know which card you were getting without buying it, at least that was the idea; I saw plenty of opened ones in stores missing their cards courtesy of various lowlifes of the area.

Actually!! About Ditto: in anime canon, almost all ditto CAN transform perfectly into other Pokemon. However, there was only ONE particular ditto (Duplica's ditto) who had a problem that it couldn't transform its face properly. Initially this was scene as a weakness or defect in the ditto until in the end they came to accept the ditto as it was. But yeah, they then just really latched on to this concept and started making merch of it. But at least initially, in the anime, it was just one.

I love how the Mega Sachiko card makes the trainer actually sing out loud for as long as then can and then multiplies the number of seconds by 10, and the fact that it emphasizes that the count must be accurate

Ditto, in general, can change its face. The "faulty" Dittos are a nod to the Ditto owned by Duplica in the anime.
