I absolutely LOVE your videos but I think some of these items are actually optional. Sponges absorb germs so it becomes more of a hazard when you're touching it with your hands and what not. Unless you wash them constantly but the sponge wears and tears. A song book is necessary to learn songs. I've been to retreats where I have to sing set lists for about 6 services. It's best to know each song by heart or at least memorize. It doesn't look as professional when you're reading off a book or iPad. Also these songs, if we're talking about church, should be all known. Unless they are ALL new songs then a book would be appropriate. Ear plugs also depend on where you are. You could invest in some in ear monitors or just a regular monitor but if you feel that ear plugs are necessary where you are, then that's okay too. Everything else I think are very good tips for everyone out there participating in music ministries.

BTW I love Dominiques voice when she talks. She sounds so mellow lol 😍

First, let me say I've been listening and looking at your videos for some time and thoroughly enjoyed them. Very Talented!  I'm a singer and keyboardist.  I know your video is for what singers need but I just want to add that if you're a singer who plays keyboard...bring a sustain pedal. I learned EARLY ON that there are many churches that have a decent keyboard but no sustain pedal! I agree with having a music stand...I can't remember all those chords and lyrics and Lord help me if I don't have a sustain pedal to make the chords sound smooth. :-)
