Full Recipe:
Ingredients (Makes ~12 balls):
1 cup sabudana (soaked for 4–5 hours)
2 medium boiled potatoes (mashed)
1/2 cup spinach (finely chopped)
1/2 cup carrot (grated)
50g paneer (crumbled)
2 tbsp roasted peanut powder
1 tsp flaxseed powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
Salt to taste
2 tbsp coriander leaves (chopped)
Few drops oil for appe pan
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix soaked sabudana, mashed potatoes, spinach, carrot, paneer, peanut powder, flaxseed powder, and spices.
2. Mix into a sticky but firm dough.
3. Grease hands and roll into 12 small balls.
4. Grease appe pan with a few drops of oil and cook the balls on low-medium heat.
5. Flip when golden brown and cook the other side.
6. Serve hot with green chutney or spiced curd.
