I just tried the crochet hook on a tube of lash conditioning serum, and had immediate success. It helps if the hook is close in size to the opening of the stopper you're trying to dislodge, though!

I love your eye look in this video! It's so cute! Thank you for the helpful tips - some stoppers are incredibly stubborn! I usually use a sturdy but sharp and thin pair of nail scissors and stab one blade through the stopper, from the side. Then I slowly push it to the opposite side so the blade punctures the stopper again and then I pull it all out. I hope this makes sense - basically when you look at the stopper, the stopper and the blade look like the letter Ø. It's definitely not the safest way, buy it usually works.

I did not know about the crochet hook. My preferred method is still to wiggle the stopper out with a knive.
