I noticed that when printer is not attached to computer where the document was done, it does not allow me to adjust the page under view. I was trying to make the page to fit using the 80%, 90% reduction I was on a network where I was not allowed to add printer, so I could not use the layout, view, page break, nothing to adjust the page. Is there a way to do that when printer is not available. It's outreageous excel microsoft not allowing me to format the page if I don't have a printer attached. Now the person that received my spreadsheet can only view, if they print it will be in 2 pages or more, unless they fix on their end. It was so embarrassing, it was an attachment part of my job application. They might think I don't know how to adjust the page. I did the application last minute, and deadline would expire in minutes, so I told them that the attachment is only for view because printer was not available, and I would provide in another time another attachment with page layout when printer would be available. It was embarrassing, and I will lose points with that.

Yes, but how do I exit now from page break view.
This is what all these legacy publishers do.
They take an APP design which was totally intuitive, scramble it: "New and Improved".
Now I am stuck in page break view, now idea how to exit it.
Page Break setup used t be on the Print menu. Everything was fine.

unfortunately, it doesn't work for me. There seems to be nothing I can do to insert page breaks. I have to reset the print area and print each page individually.
