They don't "hate" each other, but they have always had a rivalry since they are two of the most powerful heroes in Marvel.

Thor and the Hulk have fought 33 times in the comics. Approximately half of them were Hulk's wins, the other half were Thor's. One time was a draw. They grappled in a stalemate for over an hour with neither of them budging an inch before they were stopped by the Defenders and the Avengers.

I'd say they are about equal. Let's leave it at that, alright?

Fred Tatasciore and Travis Willingham will always be the number-one voices for Hulk and Thor, respectively. They're just perfection.

In the comic "Hammer and Sinew", there's a series of panels where Balder and Thor talk about the many times that Hulk and Thor have gotten into scuffles with each other. Balder recalls a time where Thor didn't hold anything back, concluding with, "You almost killed him." This is a canon story too. Just sayin'

Just wanted to say that the reason Hulk lifted Thor's hammer in Ultimate Avengers is because Ultimate Thor's hammer doesn't have any enchantment that let's the worthy lift it. It is just really heavy. And at least this Hulk is voiced by the one from EMH.

The way I see the Hulk/Thor relationship is that they're like Ralph and Sam, the wolf and sheepdog from the old Chuck Jones cartoons. They punch in their time cards at work, beat the shit out of each other, punch out, go home, and get together on the weekends to eat pizza, drink beer, and watch football. They don't even fight over the remote either :)

I love both characters and stop this fight about who's stronger, because during the indestructible Hulk series, someone asked Bruce who's stronger betwen Thor and Hulk and he said that's an eternal debate!!!!

Hulk's strength is limitless. His healing ability let's him regenerate in seconds even if large chunks of his body are destroyed. The only time that Thor has beaten the Hulk is when Bruce Banner subconsciously held him back.
