I ran on the wooden track they showed in the video. They repainted it and finished it the year I ran on it, it was so so slick from the paint. I did the 400 and 800. 3 kids in my 400 heat hit the curve and slipped off the track. First and last time we ever went to that meet lol

Idaho State has a wood track that sucks to run on

There’s a track in my city that 130m flat, and concrete, it’s super slick. You can’t wear spikes, even without the e studs, if u wanna wear them, u gotta cover the bottom of the shoe with duct tape. I think they still have weekday meets but fortunately my school never goes, my coach refuses to go to a track that’s not at least 200m
