I had a similar idea a few years ago but never actually took the risk trying it! Looks amazing I love that you used stain and painted darker spot for the grain! I was thinking of using wood contact paper but that is so much better!

Your videos are really encouraging me right now. Your description of your "before I did it" hits home with me. Especially being a renter. I have been in our apartment for almost 10 years and have yet to make it our own because I've been thinking I can't execute all the MANY unique ideas I have but your videos are inspiring me to just do it. Can you include some of the cost details of your projects? That part of my "fear" Especially since I'm currently not working. Anyway, thank you for your content.
