She has literally sounded amazing all year. Ever since the Liberation tour, she's been amazing. So much more well rounded and warm. Her lows are so resonate. Yes her upper register has diminished slightly but her voice sounds so healthy. Voice of a generation forever

Probably her best performance of The Voice Within and her best attempt at matching her studio vocals for the last chorus. Lift Me Up also sounded better than in 2010 (less constricted).

For anyone wondering this definitely is live vocals. It was confirmed they did two takes of videos so they probably recorded her singing then instead of using that video had her lip to the live vocals so she looked more relaxed. You can tell it was live bc the higher notes sometimes were not balanced in volume, indicating she was probably pulling the mic away. If it was fully prerecorded in a studio I am certain she would have cleaned up parts of the vocals more bc she is a perfectionist in the studio.

Somewhere in the video before all the B4s and along with the G#4s I heard a supported B4
I feel like her rasp on the B4-C5 range is intentional since her C#5-Eb5s are clear

For the stupid people complaining why she have to pre record instead of singing live, its because of the video presentation! They have to work on a few video crew (probably only 1 or 2 cameras) because of the small room setting and the pandemic, this is not a full stage performance with full crew and many cameras! They have to pre record so she can redo some shots at different angles.. You people have no idea about filming! Its like making a music video where they have to pause or redo some shots on different angles.. as you noticed in the actual performance the video is not static, it is moving around and switching angles. Its all about the presentation!
