With a 36-card deck where 2's through 5's have been removed, a flush apparently becomes less likely--and so is ranked higher--than a full house. How many cards (multiples of 4 obviously) can I remove from a deck and still keep the standard ranking of poker hands where a full house beats a flush? I am only concerned with 5-card hands and no community cards.
