Raila Ondinga is simply a project of Kenya's president Ruto to keep him busy away from home politics in order to secure his re-election 2027. He's too old for AU seat. I wish him to just retire in dignity.

As a Kenyan, I wouldn’t vote for Raila. He recently ignored the death of young Kenyans fighting for constitutional rights to his cronies benefits.

Oh, Djibouti! You must have done your homework. If it is pure suitability: Age, education, experience, strategic locationing, vision, languages, non-controversy etc, your candidate scores A's. If hardcore lobbying reigns, you may lose it (depending on how you play your game). But if the game gets dirty, Raila has enough skeletons in the closet to keep everyone busy all afternoon. This is public knowledge, and even available online.

AU, make these interviews/debates public. Also, arrange for a few interview questions from the African public. We need to know, and participate in selecting our leaders.
