When I was a young adult my parents relished the idea of showing my dates pictures of me as a child to embarrass me. Years from now the children will be looking at the Internet embarrassed by the stupidity of their parents.

You'd be surprised how many parents are like this. I worked in child care for 4 years and I can't count the amount of times I called a parent because their child is sick, and they would make excuses to not to pick them up. I once had a parent walk in with their child covered in vomit and was told that their child threw up in the car and asked me if I could clean them up, and when their child eventually threw up several times within a few hours, I was told "Oh she just ate too much this morning, she's fine." I once saw a parent curse one of my coworkers out because she kept trying to bring her child in sick and we had to keep sending him back home.

Let's forget about her job, let's say she's a cashier at Walmart, what kind of mother feels this way about her sick child? Most mom's are halfway to the school once they hear 'he threw up', and if they 'Kool-Aid Man' through the wall, it's because they don't have time to go around.

As the mom of 3, yes you have to pick up your kid for sure if they have a fever or they vomit. Those are just the rules to keep everyone safe, including the sick child. Hate hearing people refer to their own children as "kid" as well

This makes me mad because I have seen CPS take children from good parents simply because they were poor and could not afford things when they could have been given services to help that. And then we have entitled girls like this who will be investigated and nothing will happen and she will irreparably destroy this little boy as he grows up.... The system is broken.
