Dude... Seriously, I have been working on my own body for about 2 years! From eating right, losing weight, and now breaking any bones that could have fuzed together in my 48 years. Now I'm on the part where I'm working on exactly what you show me in the last two videos! Specifically as of lately my focus has been on what your video shows here!
