Thank you. I absolutely needed a fix and this worked for Adobe Premiere Pro 2020.
Only problem was that it was missing a DLL file (msvcp140_codecvt_ids.dll) which I googled the name and downloaded that and placed it in the folder where the .exe of Adobe Premiere Pro 2020 was located
