ppl are complaining that its valk, but i don't.
Valk is a good card in lower ladder and midladder with a soft skill curve and versatile usage. The shards are helpful to players who don't have her, and since she isn't great there are definitely a few whales who didn't buy her outright, and the F2Ps who got her with Shards get cards to megaboost her upgrades.
