In my experience, yes. If you put WD or it's free spinning version you could see clearly that's it's a class of it's own. After all, it's the original spin stealer

I'd say it spin steals better than the first two fafnirs but not the later ones that have a lot more rubber on the layer. If you do meteo with bearing drive and vanish with bearing drift, vanish will spin steal better because of the life after death of bearing drift(giga, over, illegal or moon works for disks)

The funniest thing is almost any metal beyblade can spin steal regardless of having rubber in the layer or being left spin I used to play with my friend and sometimes I would handspin some to the left and they usually tied but still equalized
