Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki said on Wednesday that Western support for Ukraine seems to be growing a little 'tired' and showing less 'emotional' involvement in the ongoing war. Poland has been a key hub for the transfer of western military aid to Ukraine. Now, the key NATO member is rallying the west to send as many as 100 tanks to help Ukraine fight back the Russian onslaught.

I’m so sick of hearing western politicians say the words, “We need to send more money and weapons to Ukraine”.

I just can't imagine what will be left of Ukraine in the next 3 months or 4 months. Why did they go to war if they had no capacity to sustain themselves? At the end of the day, what matters its his country, the west is busy influencing him negatively. It's sad indeed

ofcourse who will not be tired in war, there's so many problems to focus on, not just external issue but in internal issue inside of many countries

Time has proven President Putin correct on all his warnings.

I had asked this question to Ukraine sympathisers at the beginning of the conflict; I am again asking the same question to them: Was it imperative that Ukraine had to join NATO for economic prosperity and social welfare of its people soon after COVID? I would have understood had they wanted to join EU but NATO? Russia kept on warning Ukraine that there would be dire consequences if Ukraine kept on pushing for NATO membership in violation of Minks agreement. Basically Zelensky is a power hungry politician who does not care for his people. I feel really sorry for both the conflicting sides!! Ukraine is being razed to ground but noone cares😔

The problem is the West and the US know that a war like this can easily last 20 years as Russia will dig in because this is about Russia's existence as a world power. What the US and the West thought when it started was that Ukraine would lose in a week or two and then there would be a long guerilla war that would bleed Russia over the next 25 years (like Afghanistan and the US). They were prepared to fund such a low-intensity and low-cost guerilla war. Things did not turn out as they expected. The Ukrainians put up a ferocious fight and suddenly the West and the US started to dream up a victory and Russian capitulation due to economic sanctions and Russian humiliation and a peace treaty in favour of the US and the West. Well, the West and the US are looking for an exit ramp right now but there is nothing on offer. So, they just have to talk tough, spend more money and send more weapons until the US and the West will capitulate due to economic pressure and people voting the governments out. So, the US and the West are sweating. They worry about losing face and treasures and economic crises at home. And then they will have to choose whether they will fund a guerilla war or mend ties with Russia for economic benefits and ignore Ukraine altogether. They are sweating but of course, they would not admit it.

Russia knows that USA and Western countries became tired of the war against terror in Afghanistan and stopped fighting before the job was finished.

They thought with all that support they've given, Russia should have left Ukraine by now only to find themselves in a different situation entirely.

States like Poland and Finland who wants to crush Russia can try to do so on their own. The rest of us who don't hate Russia, who to the contrary choose Russia before the viper's nest that is Ukraine, want this war to end. Because of our leader's arrogance and the Ukranian government's foolishness, Russia rose to the occasion and has now won back Crimea and Novo Russija, which I see as a natural part of the Russian Federation. The war was never Russia's choice, it was Ukraine's and West's choice. Now live with that. Russia is welcomed back to the scene of geopolitics by many of us who support a multi-power world. So let every state choose for itself whether it wants to trade with Russia or not. Poland and Finland are free to send weapons and troops to Ukraine, if that's what they want. 🇸🇪♥️🇷🇺

It was that collapse of the Soviet Union was so painful also for Ukraine too. Having to watch America today, there are so many drug addicts like zombies all over and having so much disaparities, the Socialism was not that so wrong

Therefore, being friends with the USA is typical of idiots, but someone forgot to tell Zelensky about it.

Why are they saying Russia was prepared for a long haul. I thought Ukraine has been winning since and there’s no need to be bothered about a losing side

I think showing less "emotional involvement" is a good thing.

The Polish PM isn’t saying anything new. It’s the timing of what he is saying that is different. Ukraine fatigue’ is real and the longer this unfortunate conflict continues the more likely there will be more fatigue and a growing realisation that there must be an end to this conflict.

If peace comes back life will be immediately much easier and better for everyone, EU, Poland, Ukraine, Russia. Except maybe for Zelensky and some Americans.
