How to create local VM of Dynamics 365 FO

Step-1: Create onmicrosoft account from below link

Step-2: login LCS web site and using onmicrosoft account that you created in Step-1.

Step-3: Click on Downloadable VHD and download latest version's all files.

Step-4: Follow the video.

Sir, Does this local VHD run by using Hyper V need azure subscription? Or it will work without azure subscription ?

Hello Guys, I am so glad I found this topic, I recently converted my Dynamics FinandOps10.0.32 VHD to QCOW2 format using Starwind converter.
My Windows login screen coming in as Localadmin and it looks like everything on the VM is working fine but for some reason my Dynamics 365 Unified Services are not running I also tried to start it manually but I am getting this error. " Windows could not start the Microsft Dynamics 365 Unified Operations: Batch Management Service service on Local Computer: Error 1064: An exception occurred in the service when handling the control request.
Initially, I thought maybe it was because I changed the VM format but after reading comments on this forum I see that it's working fine on other formats for some reason mine on QEMU isn't working and I can't figure out what seems to be the issue and how to rectify it.
I really appreciate it if anyone could point me in the right direction.
