I'm having trouble with the "proof" that you have to send. I sent a pic of my receipt and I got an email saying I needed to resubmit. My dad sent a pic of his/our pre order documents we got from Costco and he got the same email.

rubbish experience, did not work spoke to Samsung apparently their server is down.... just managed to get the app to load got a message i am not eligible for the promotion and lost the option!!! have been in a call queue for the last 40 minutes...
