Ok, so the credit expires 60 days after it's applied. That means after you spend $500, it doesn't mean they REIMBURSE you $500. They're not giving you $500 for free. You need to spend $500 of YOUR OWN MONEY, then they give you another credit for $500 to spend the next 60 days. That is SO nuanced and SO tricky. Am I right in understanding this?

I signed up with Google Ads only because of the $500 promotion that was offered. I spent the $500 according to their terms and services and I was a new customer with a brand new ad and it never advertised there before. Now when I ask for the $500 credit all of the support is like… 🤷🏽‍♀️ I spoke to a support person and he said I qualify but he has to speak to his manager and he’ll call me back. Of course, he never did. Google ads is so shady!

I think Google Ads is losing customers; that's why I think they are offering the $500, we've worked with them and used most of their ads campaigns, and to be honest it seems they are making more moeny then us. LOL

wow...google is becoming a hungry lion with no ending appetite.... a click that cost me .55 back in February.. now I'm paying $3.40 per click... very fustrate, , i increase my budget and they increase the cost per click and same results
