Digital Scanning of a Sculpture

Adonis Bronze shows how they digitally scan an original sculpture by Angela Johnson a Utah artist, preparatory for enlarging it in becoming a monumental sculpture. A tech shows how the image is captured via a hand held scanner and is transferred to a file on the computer which will be converted into language that can be milled by machine in foam for the enlarged sculpture.
