In regards to the PS5 Pro: I don’t feel I’ve played nearly enough games on the base model to have gotten my money’s worth yet, and I have not played any games that have struggled BAD on the existing model. That results in the question - what’s the point of upgrading right now?

High framerates should be the next big push. Playing games on my PC at 1440p 120+ feels like a bigger jump up than playing 4k 60 with a lot of details.

I feel like what Yoshi-P said about FF9 Remake has to be bait, and as someone who loves FF9, I hope it is. If Square feels Rebirth and 16’s sales didn’t meet expectations, imagine how they’ll feel when fans aren’t happy about a FF9 Remake Trilogy or Saga lol

In terms of Square taking 1 game and extending it to 3 games, I personally don't care for that. To it just comes off they are milking the gaming and padding it out with filler.

Strange thing about the PlayStation network being down was when I was trying to load stellar blade it flat out would not load. Not sure if this was a cloud storage problem or if the game requires the network to play. Rebirth loaded no problem however

The Final Fantasy VII Remake trilogy has been a polarizing disaster even among huge FF fans. If SqEx committed to multiple parts for FF9, a game with EXTREMELY protective fans, I feel like it would blow up in their face.

Awe, but if they make the FF9 remake one game they only get to sell it to you once. If they make it a trilogy first available only on PlayStation then PC/Xbox, they could sell it to you 3-6 times instead.
