My friend’s daughter had a similar experience in Austin. Her parents just finally had to move her out and she moved to a different city. They got a notice on her ring cam, the day they left. The guy came upstairs, looked in her apartment, and realized she had moved….then said, “F***ing b**** moved!” Police never did anything about it while she was being stalked. It’s only after something terrible happens they have to....”get that guy off the streets”….The laws here are pathetic.

As a Brother with 1 sister and I’m 21 and my sister is 20 she live in Dallas Texas and one day she called and told me that there’s a creepy guy standing outside her door.🚪 I didn’t believe her at first, but she called me more than thousands times saying that she’s really scared and need some of her brothers to be there 😂 so I then I decided to fly to Texas because I live in California because I play football for San Jose State University. When I got to her apartment I told her to wait outside and I go inside her apartment then she can come by herself so that I can see if someone follows her. Well when she starts to walk to her apartment that I am at, the creepy guy followed her then when my sister open her apartment door so that she can come inside her apartment, the guy hold a knife to try to robbed her and I quickly came out with my football helmet and hit the robber in the head with it 😂 then I bring my sister to safety and we called the cops and now his lock in Jail and I fly back to California to continue my football career and guess what? We lose our homecoming game on that night 💀 against Oregon State lol😂 and she’s safe back in Texas. Thank y’all for reading and Go Spartans 🛡️⚔️

I’ve had problems with a stalker and I did take video of him stalking the apartment building doorway but the restraining orders are specific stating the stalker can’t try and enter my apartment so for outside my door they call that public space and won’t do anything. The guy has multiple restraining orders on him and a history of domestic violence. And there is more!! Seriously who do you call next when police won’t do anything??

When she called the cops, she should have also said that the man said he was going to attack the police. They would've shown up then! 😂

If the police can't help you, seek help from a different department. Social Services may already have this man on record if so the police will have more to work with and put him away.

Every single person should have a door cam like this one, but also, please look into getting a fire arm, wear it vs carrying it in a purse or backpack. Learn how to protect yourself, like when you should draw your weapon or wait for the right timing. I highly recommend the YouTube channel Active Self Protection, I’ve learned so many lessons like when not to draw on a draw, meaning if you already have a weapon pointed at you, when to determine your timing. Also, if you draw your piece it’s not to “scare” away the attacker, it’s to stop them in their tracks, which happens only after a boom is heard by everyone.
