It's incredible how we've come to an era, where you can buy a machine in which you can do all the basic computer tasks for less than 200 dollars. These machines will allow you to write a word document, while reading a PDF and browsing the web, effortlessly.

i think touch-pad buttons is a plus not a problem ! and they actually cost more than a press down and have much better feedback clicks

Honestly all of those problems you mention with the trackpad are the features I personally turn off on all my laptops. Maybe I'm just old school, but it's not difficult to scroll normally without those gestures that just screw up under normal use anyway (unless you're using a high end device where these issues I have are normally fixed). Also Lenovo keyboards are no joke; the only laptops I would even consider buying will be Lenovos for those keyboards; once you've used them you just can't go back to the horribly mushy keyboards most laptops have. I get that this is more of an intro type of video, but a little more discussion on the quality of the screen, battery life and other features that are present/ missing would have been nice.

If you can still tap the touchpad, it's acceptable. A low resolution screen is good too. They become so cheap you can have a couple of them, one stationary in the bedroom that you never bother to move cause there is one in the living room too. Good price range. Compare that to a high resolution MacBook pro that you write text on.
