No but seriously - if you have tapes of any sort and want to keep them forever, they are prone to degradation and you should digitize them ASAP. Just everyone knows I'm not the original uploader or recorder and therefore all creds go to them, whoever they are!

This OP was ripped from one of the SBS dubbed VHS's that aired between Jan and March 1999. The video was viewed back in MPC-HC with some simple upscaling filters to 1080p, and then 1440p for that YT VP9 codec. The audio was left as is.
