Folks, if you raise an issue with your RV to Liz and she goes to bat for you, don’t ghost her. I’m sure the dealership or manufacturer has strong-armed you and threatened legal action with an NDA, but the very least you can do is respond to Liz when she reaches out to you. A simple “Thank you for everything you did for us, Liz; we have reached an agreement with (X). Again, we appreciate all of your help!” is all that’s needed.

Awesome work Liz! It is disheartening that manufacturers force you to sign an NDA prior to providing support on their product. What it reflects to me is proof of major quality issues in the industry as a whole and a devastating lack of customer support. They want the bad press to go away but if you are unfortunate and don’t have access to this social media support then you are just SOL because they won’t support their product.

My husband and I own a 2017 Tiffin Allegro Bus which we have been very happy with. We thought about trading it in but after seeing the garbage being sold by the RV industry we decided to keep our Bus and do yearly maintenance, repairs and upkeep on it.
