INGREDIENTS LIST:
3 bell peppers (colors of your choice)
1 whole medium sized yellow onion
1 lb. or 453 g ground turkey or protein of choice
1/2 cup or 90 g corn
15.5 oz. or 439 g can black beans (bean of your choice)
1 cup or 190 g brown rice
14.5 oz. or 411 g can of roasted tomatoes (drained)
2 to 3 garlic cloves
2 cups or 85 g rough chopped spinach

1 cup or 240 g sour cream
About 1/4 tsp chili powder
Juice from 1 whole small lime

I like sour cream alright, but bell peppers are super gross. Just one gal's opinion.
