Galaxy merger Arp-Madore 417-391 is on display in this new image captured by the Hubble Space Telescope's Advanced Camera for Surveys (ACS). The merger is about 670 million light-years away from Earth.

Damn, that's impressive. It'll be cool if we get to see some simulations of how these merged, it's definitely got unique structure to it

It’s scary that we are forever not only separated by vast space, but also time. We are seeing these galaxies as they were millions and billions of years ago.

Why no videos of these far off galaxies? Is it not off computing power?

Galaxies moving away from each other. Hmm isn't that what magnets do when their poles (n-n or s-s) face each other and move to each other when different poles (n-s) are facing each other? All these large bodies produce massive magnetic fields and magnets can attract or repel each other.🎉🎉🎉
