I liked Valerias questions and I like that you both opened up about your insecurities in business. Women need to do more of that because it’s real and we need to help and lift each other so that we don’t feel that way. I’m in construction and have been for 20 years. When I first started I remember feeling extremely intimidated because I was always the only woman and I was the one in charge. I could totally have used the helping hand of a girlfriend. A side note about mascara.
I love when these ladies get together, the conversation is real.
It's better to never pump your mascara because it will dry out faster. It's best to twirl it around in the tube.
