Could use a drill instead of a dremel tool, might work

Brother, you earned a sub from me. After what started as a search of ”Pro Cosplay Deadpool suit review” and it’s spiraled into you swaying me to buy it and upgrading it once it arrives! Thank you brother!

That actually does look a lot better, nice job! I actually cancelled the order of my Deadpool suit cause there's an improved version coming after Halloween and since the comic-con I want to attend is in February or even April I'm gonna wait for the new version.

Just got the mask and shoes to the costume and might do this to my mask. Only difference is I ordered mine off AliExpress but I’m almost 100%sure it was the same manufacturer.( I barely saved money I’d just pick whatever has best shipping option if you need it for Halloween)

Nice job. For holes I would just use a drill instead of a dremel

What I did, was heat up a small, thin metal circular rod, and stick holes into the mouth area of the mask. I breathe a little bit better while wearing the mask now.

Wait this is crazy because me and my bro were trying to fix it LITERALLY YESTERDAY.
Here’s how i did it:
* I ripped the cloth from the mask because I thought it was too stretched out on the mask, but I just super glued it back on at the final touches. It’s not as good as it used to be, but it works. I would’ve done the same as you if I had just tried to work it harder.
* instead of trying to cut and form the sides like you did, i completely cut them off. If you look at the black eye pieces like diamonds, i cut the mask IN LINE from the bottom of the chin UP TOWARDS the Bottom edge of the diamond, I also made a cut BETWEEN where the SIDE of the mask meets the TOP of the mask, so the angle that basically aligns with the seam on the top of the cloth, but on the plastic piece. All The area in between those two cuts is removed, with the exception of the plastic area around the eyes where it’s supposed to be glued. I also put some bandage-textured type tape and wrapped it over some jagged edges as well as smoothing the chin area that were left as angles because of my cuts. Once I cut and removed both sides, I cut some room for the top flap on the back of the mask to let it hang and also smoothed the plastics edges from those cuts.
* THIS PART WAS A BIT RISKY BUT I THINK IT WAS WORTH IT. I cut the LOWER half of the CHIN straight off, then I SMOOTHED the angles from that cut, on the mask, and the cut chin piece, then I messed around with the angle and length of the chin. THIS CAN VARY AND IS A TRIAL AND ERROR PROCESS that requires patience. From here I put the mask on with the red cloth, zipped it on, then I grabbed the chin piece, put some foam on it to give my chin volume and pushback then swiped it under the cloth and on my chin and adjusted to see how my chin would look best, this usually meant trimming the chin so be careful. If I thought it looked good then I used some thick tape and formed the chin back on the mask using tape. THERE WILL BE A SEAM LINE SO WHEN USING THICK TAPE, TRY AND FILL AND STACK THE TAPE TO SMOOTH IT OUT. I got to a point where it looked the best so I put tape on both sides and it was like the chin piece was forged back on.
*I superglued the eye outlines back onto the mask and let it dry and it was FINISHED.

Definitely gonna do this to mine. Been thinking about getting a more accurate one but cant see dropping 400 on a solid mask. Pipospidey has some sick looking ones for cheap but seems sketchy

Anybody know a mask that would match well with the pro cosplay suit that can be purchased somewhere else? I’ll definitely try this but I’m wondering if there are ones available on the market that would match well
