I feel like every movie needs to include a Deadpool cameo even if he’s just in the background doing some bullshit and not interacting with the cast or the plot at all. Maybe even a post credit scene where he shows up late to a fight, gets upset about missing it and storms off

I remember reading that there was a proposed idea to bring Deadpool into the movie. I can't remember exactly, but I think the plan was to have him come in during this scene, see Wanda murdering everybody and immediately go "NOPE" and just leave. So he still would have been the smartest man alive.

Fun fact: Deadpool started off as a villain, as an opponent of the X-Men originally. He was sent by the supervillian, Genesis to kill Cable. This version of Deadpool was a more generic one-shot character initially, but he was so popular that Marvel brought him back with a much more distinct personality.

Personally, with Stan Lee gone, I think Deadpool needs to take up the obligatory cameos for all films based on earth.
More innocuous and blink and you'll miss it, though.
Like, a big street brawl between Hulk and Abomination, and Deadpool in the back, buying a chimichanga from a food truck. No lines, no participation, just there, being himself.
