It was a quotation against Saif. For not the truth to come out, they are framing the wrong person. I think Saif kept Kareena at home with the little one and took Taimur to the hospital with him, as he dint trust any of his staff post the incident and did not want to leave his kids alone. I dont think this is a staged drama. Saif is usually off the limelight and leads a very coy life with his family and children. And staging something like this in a country like ours is totally stupid. If u watch Saif's interviews, you would know that he definitely is not a dumb guy.
