I just seen video where saif's old maid said that only two guards are present in two shifts two in day and two at night, there are no cctv camera near saif's flats, lifts don't have cameras and there is one more lift at the back to use sometimes to stay away from media, I think person might have use back lift

Doctors did mention in a press conference that later karishma and other rushed to hospital and took care of the kid before starting the operation.
