This is much better than my method where you fidget with it for 10 mins and cuss when you pinch a finger then finally it falls in place

I’m fairly mechanically inclined but new to working on bikes. I’m 50 years old and just getting into mountain biking, better late than never. I live in a very rural community with the closest bike shop being over an hour away. I just wanted to say I watched many videos on bike maintenance and wrenching, most of which I did get something out of. Thru axle is just so easy to put the wheel back on, shame it's sooo expensive to get a frame with it

So much easier with the bike on the ground inverted. Bike stand wheel fitting always causes scratches near the rotor and it’s just harder.
