Thanks for posting this information. I have a different back brace than the one in your video and I can never tell which way to put it on. I cannot tell if the wider V in the back should be up or down. But the front/side supports seem to be best with the support angled such that they are narrower at the lower front and angle up and toward the back.

I had to remove the triangle pad in the back because that actually cause more pain on my spine. It feels better without it. Is that somewhat practical?

Hi, my back brace is from the VA out west here. So, the tag on this one is on the outside to tell me which way to wear it. Why are there metal deals inside this one? They have a slight curve on the bottoms.
